Cannabis for Anxiety: Hemp Seeds for Anxiety & Depression

A 2023 Korean study entitled "The Effects of Hemp Seed Consumption on Depression, Anxiety, and Cognitive Improvement Based on Machine Learning" that was published in the journal Archive of Food and Nutritional Science stated that its purpose was to "confirm the antioxidant effects of hemp seed as a functional food that affects psychological state and cognitive function." The research reported that, globally, hemp seeds are commonly employed as a source of food and dietary supplements.
