The flavonoid kaempferol, one of more than 20 such molecules produced by cannabis/hemp/marijuana and 6,000 in all of nature, has been shown to deliver anticancer efficacy and to be of potential benefit to those suffering osteoporosis, including a potential role in the maintenance of overall bone health (especially following injury).
