In a world dominated by white label products and cannabis companies with little or no real understanding of the ingredients in their products, Origyn Extracts stands out. The brand is fully vertical, working with only its own genetics and cultivars—all of which have been hand-selected for their ability to produce a range of premium-quality concentrates, including live rosin.

The purity of Origyn's Cold Cure Live Rosin Badder, the particular product we sampled, is significant enough that it can be smoked as a topping on loose-leaf flower. Most concentrates are not clean enough to motivate cannabis smokers to add them to their bongs and joints out of a desire to prevent massive coughing fits and an unpleasant experience. Origyn's Live Rosin Badder, however, added only flavor and potency to our loose-leaf bowls.
